UBE GRAHAM FLOAT

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp ube powder
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream or all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 cup condensed milk, chilled

Toppings

  • grated cheese
  • crushed oreo (optional)
  • shaved white chocolate (optional)

Yield: 3

Note: I use 750ml plastic container

Procedure:

  • In a large bowl, add whipping cream. Beat the cream until it begins to thicken.
  • Continue beating until the volume of the cream doubles.
  • Add the condensed milk.
  • Add the ube powder. Beat mixture until well blended.

Assemble

  • In a plastic container tub, arrange a layer of graham crackers.
  • Scoop the cream mixture onto the graham crackers. Spread to cover the graham.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers over the cream mixture.
  • Scoop the cream mixture onto the graham crackers.
  • Again, spread to cover the graham.
  • Again, add another layer of graham crackers over the cream mixture.
  • Lastly, scoop the cream mixture over the graham crackers. Spread to cover the graham.
  • Then, refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • After chilling, add grated cheese for toppings or your choice of toppings like crushed oreo, shaved chocolate, etc.
