Ingredients:
- 12 pcs saging na saba (cut diagonally)
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried sago (tapioca pearls)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- ice cubes, crushed ice or shaved ice

Procedures:
- In a medium pot, add water. Bring to a boil.

- Add dried sago (tapioca pearls). Cover and boil until the tapioca pearls are cooked.

- Drain and set aside.
- Cut saging saba diagonally.

- In a medium pot, add water. Bring to a boil.
- Add brown sugar, vanilla extract and saging saba.

- Cover and cook until the bananas are tender.
- Add the cooked tapioca pearls. Cook for few minutes.

- Transfer to a serving dish. Add crushed or shaved ice and evaporated milk for added flavor.
