Mango Graham Float

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs ripe mangoes, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cans or 2 packs all-purpose cream, chilled overnight
  • 1 can condensed milk, chilled overnight
  • 2 packs graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  • Scoop mangoes
  • Cut mangoes into small cubes
  • In a large bowl, combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk
  • Beat mixture until it begins to thicken
  • Add heavy cream
  • Continue beating until the volume of the mixture doubles
  • In an 8 x 8 baking dish, arrange one layer of graham crackers
  • Scoop cream mixture on graham crackers and spread to cover the graham
  • Arrange mangoes on top of the cream mixture
  • Add and arrange another layer of graham crackers over the mangoes
  • Again, scoop cream mixture on graham crackers and spread to cover the graham
  • Then, add another layer of mangoes on top of the cream mixture
  • Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight
  • Served chilled
